Staff are excellent and attentive and while we did not have the opportunity of using the pool or dining on the roof terrace, both are beautifully appointed.

A few other very special impressions: I was allowed to play piano at the bar, or rather practice 😉, the entire hotel complex smells heavenly, like something out of One Thousand and One Nights; the management is incredibly accommodating: we arrived a day later and did not have to pay for it (despite being way out of the refund time), room service was super fast. The sample pictures do correspond perfectly to reality: the architecture and craftsmanship are breath-taking (200 artesian worked for 10 years!), the garden is calm, magnificent and tasteful; all facilities are brand new and of the highest standard; the rooms and the hotel are extremely clean; the staff is incredibly warm, friendly, exceptionally well-trained and caring and attentive handling of children, any special request is fulfilled and made possible;
