The property was incredible, rooms were very clean, staff extremely helpful. The facilities were all wonderful from the pool, gym, spa, restaurants.

We have not eat in the restaurants because we love in room service and that was impeccable, Mrs.Jovana was answering the phone and did a service a few times and she is so sweet, lovable and proffesional, she is a keeper.

The Resort combines luxurious charm and the relaxed feel of a Mediterranean spa, with well-appointed premium category rooms and luxury suites. This is an outstanding hotel in a great location with amazing sea views. What made my visit so memorable were the staff. Everyone I met was so friendly helpful, calm and polite. I had a birthday during my stay and got a lovely surprise from the staff with chocolate cake and bubbly.

Hotel is very beautiful, new and modern decorated with nice smell all over. Great service as well. All employees were very professional and kind, happy to help you in anytime. Room was nice, clean ,spacious, fully equipped ( you even get lip balm, hand cream, body weight scale, hair straightener…). Spa & indoor pool amazing. Breakfast perfect with great selection. It is buffet but you also get extra a la carte menu ( included in price). Location of the hotel is great, close to everything you need. In the same complex you have also shopping mall. I have never had better service at a hotel- the kindness of the staff was beyond measure. The room exceeded my expectations. It was large with multiple balconies overlooking the water. Toiletries were the finest and the chocolates and wine in the room were delicious. Breakfast was on a very nice terrace overlooking the water. Food was delicious. I had an avocado toast, pancakes, flat white, fresh orange juice- all fabulous. The location is excellent- lovely and quiet with a beautiful view and a few minutes walk into the historical centre.

A continental breakfast with a selection of sweet and savoury products, as well as fresh fruit is available daily, while the Michelin-starred restaurant boasts a sophisticated menu and dessert selection. Very well restored old building with all the modern amenities. Excellent staff and service. Good restaurant. Great location.

Breakfast was excellent. location was very nice. Staff were very helpful.
