We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The building itself was beautiful, and the view from our room was incredible—we could see the volcano in the distance (I believe it’s called Popocatépetl). What truly made our experience special was the amazing staff. We had to leave early for a long drive from Puebla to Villahermosa, and they kindly prepared a delicious breakfast to-go for both of us. Not only that, the chef went the extra mile and made the oatmeal I had requested—such thoughtful service! We’ll definitely be coming back for more than just one night next time. Huge thanks to everyone who made our stay memorable. Your kindness really made a difference!

We encountered a small issue with our initial room, but the team promptly resolved it by upgrading us to a beautiful suite. Their commitment to guest satisfaction truly stands out. The rooftop pool is a highlight. It’s perfect for relaxing and enjoying the beautiful surroundings. Everything was immaculately clean, and the hotel’s location is excellent, making it easy to explore Puebla. We loved our stay so much that we decided to extend our trip to spend more time here.
