From start to finish, everything was perfect, from the staff on the door, the very capable personnel at reception, the individual floor floors-and-room staff, those at the beautifully maintained pool too, the spacious and tastefully furnished rooms, the bright and airy breakfast room with its attentive service personnel, nothing beyond their capabilities, a welcoming receptionist and chef, both ready and capable of meeting and adapting to every request, all this through to help on the ground floor with directions, weather forecasts, and planning suggestions. We loved our stay at Angsana, it was the perfect location for us to visit the national park which was definitely worth the visit. The two pools at the resort were beautiful, and our little girl enjoyed the water slide very much! The breakfast buffet was exceptional, showcasing many highlights from the local cuisine here in Malaysia. We enjoyed the dinner at the main restaurant too, and the service was great. Unfortunately we didn't get to try any of the activities the resort offered but they looked fantastic.
