Everything matches the pictures and there is everything you would expect from a 5-star hotel: comfortable big beds with crispy bedsheets, amazing breakfast, beautiful infinity pool etc., but there are also some nice unexpected touches, like a welcome drink upon arrival, or Chenrezig mantra softly playing in the background during breakfast. It's crazy how you can get such service for such relatively low price. Unmatched quality. The only "disadvantage" is that you get spoiled and it's more difficult to stay in other hotels later.

The staff went above and beyond to make sure I felt taken care of, from helping with currency exchange to arranging small details whenever I needed support. I liked everything. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive. When I mentioned I couldn’t make it to the buffet breakfast, they kindly served it in my room. They also helped me exchange dollars into Nepalese currency, which made my stay so much easier.
