He took care of everything, from arranging free transport to the bus station and visits to the elephant breeding centers, to organizing our onward travel and bus tickets. His dedication to ensuring our experience was seamless and stress-free was truly remarkable. The hotel’s own safari guide, Raj, was another highlight. His passion for wildlife was evident, and his knowledge made our safari experience unforgettable. The team made sure to carefully walk us through all the tour options, helping us choose the best ones suited to our interests. Special thanks to the wonderful waitstaff, Robyn and Kabita, who went out of their way to suggest delicious local dishes and served the best coffee. Their warm service and attention to detail made every meal a delight. This hotel delivers on every front, from outstanding service to thoughtful recommendations. There is a great trek from the hotel which showcases the hills of Sarangkot led by in house guide Deepa. Nothing to fault with this hotel

Warm welcome from staff as well as excellent service. We had a very nice room on top floor overlooking the city. Enjoyed the swimming pool after checking out the town.

It’s in an ideal location in Thamel area. Rooftop cocktail bar and restaurant is incredible. Extremely comfortable beds. Beautiful smell/scent around entire hotel. The Swimming pool although it was on a different floor to sauna and steam room it was the highlight of our stay.
