Hotel is quite new, so amenities are modern and well thought out. The staff are all lovely, welcoming and accommodating to guest needs. Jorge (front desk) and Edison (door man) were always available when we needed anything. Location is convenient to restaurants, sightseeing and shopping. The loft was perfect for our needs; two separate bedrooms and bathrooms (upstairs and downstairs) offered the privacy and comfort needed for three adults. Full kitchen and a washer dyer combo.

Stayed as a family in a big room, two floors, two bathrooms, huge balcony with a view. Facilities are elegant and beautiful. Breakfast is delicious, with free choice from an a-la-carte menu. Although I couldn't have breakfast due to a tour I had very early in the morning, it is nice to have breakfast included. I would definitely go back there.

Offering an outdoor pool and spa centre, Central Hotel Panama is set in the historic centre of Panama City, 200 metres from Presidential Palace. The hotel has a sauna and fitness centre, and guests can enjoy a meal at the restaurant. Private parking is available on site. Location, rooms, staff and meals were all excellent!! I had a little issue at check-in and it was handled very respectfully by the front desk staff. I also used their paid Airport transfer service, it was a very smooth transfer, all confirmations and details were provided clearly and it was very reasonable. The Junior suite was spacious, the bathroom was surprisingly huge. For a 5* hotel the bathroom amenities were lacking a Dental kit and Vanity kit, I would suggest the hotel to add this as an option for guests. There was a guest requesting a Dental kit while I was checking in and the staff was unable to help them. The rooftop restaurant had a wonderful ambiance in the evening and a lovely view to match the food. The breakfast buffet also had attentive staff and a very good selection. Overall a very relaxed stay in an iconic hotel, I would stay here again in a heartbeat.
