During check-in, I casually mentioned my brother’s birthday, and the process itself was smooth and easy. To our surprise, when we returned from a family dinner, the hotel had prepared a birthday cake — such a thoughtful gesture from Nustar. Special thanks to Quendelyn, the lady who assisted me at check-in. She was professional, pleasant to talk to, and truly charming. Her service made me feel welcome from the start. Nustar is by far the best hotel I’ve stayed in. For three consecutive years, I’ve chosen Fili, but Nustar has exceeded my expectations in every way. I’ll definitely be back for my next vacation. On the day of our checkout, the pool had just reopened after the recent typhoon in Cebu. I asked the front desk if we could extend our checkout to 1 PM, and instead, they graciously offered 2 PM — compliments of the hotel. That small gesture made me so happy, as it allowed us to enjoy the pool without rushing. Nustar truly delivers exceptional hospitality. DAGHANG SALAMAT!
