The location was fantastic, right in the heart of BGC with stunning views. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The culture amongst the staff was geared towards the best services they could possibly provide and it showed. Every interaction and little surprise was appreciated. We stayed 3 days and on the 3rd day it was a graduation for one of us and they made the effort to create a chocolate desert celebrating this. It was an amazing surprise and certainly above and beyond service.

Situated in the heart of Makati Central Business District, Raffles Makati features an outdoor swimming pool, a gym and business centre. It was very nice. I like the atmosphere and especially the stuff was really friendly from the start to the end of staying. I will come back again!
