Dit gerenoveerde klooster ligt tussen de gotische kathedraal van Évora en de Romeinse Tempel. Het beschikt over een binnenplaats met een zwembad en karakteristieke gewelfde gangen en plafonds. Fabulous converted historic convent next to Roman ruins and a Michelin star restaurant. Every corner had lovely architectural detail and the very sumptuous breakfast was served in the old cloisters I think. I also had dinner there one night and it was excellent. The staff were very attentive and the front office staff arranged a special taxi tour for me last minute as I had some spare hours. The pool was very clean and secluded with comfortable loungers while the location of the hotel was marvellous and a short walk to the town centre with lots of little stores and a wide variety of restaurants.
