The staff were exceptional: warm, attentive, and truly dedicated to making our stay special. The breakfast was delicious. We can’t wait to come back!

Having read the glowing reviews, I knew I was in for a treat. However, from the moment I checked-in, the U Samui excelled. Beautifully understated, the hotel has a relaxed, contemporary vibe with picture perfect bar, pool and beach area. And, not to be outdone, the guest rooms are bright, spacious and really comfortable, with great beds and shower. And, just so you know, the food is right up there, too. Substantial breakfast buffet with tasty snack and dinner menu, all combined with thoughtful touches like ''Anywhere, Anytime Happy Hour''. However, at the U, the real stars of the show are the amazing staff. Genuine, super friendly, they are 100% invested in making sure you have a truly memorable stay and absolutely nothing is too much trouble ! Too many to mention them all but I'd like to give a quick shout out to Ice, Tata and Ning. So, once again, a huge thank you to Jane and all of her wonderful team for a really special stay. Will definitely be back to see you guys again !!

Amazing location, amazing staff, especially Jeep who went over and above to handle a change of room for us and couldn't do enough to help us with some of the local attractions. (Muay Thai etc) The staff are so friendly from the breakfast and bar staff to the cleaners and the food was amazing! We stayed in one of the private villas which was superb and highly recommended!
