Our stay was wonderful and the place is very good for kids, with a comfortable and safe environment. We did have a small issue with noise from the room next to us, but the manager Oguzhan was very understanding and professional. They didn’t have free room but reception Furkan worked and changed our room, which made a big difference. We really appreciated their quick and thoughtful response. Thank you to the manager and the whole team for making our stay so pleasant. We would definitely recommend this place and hope to come back soon!

One of the most beautiful hotels, I enjoyed greatly the special and diverse activities. Everything is all-inclusive, the food is very delicious, and the staff are very friendly. Akra Kemer - Ultra All Inclusive offers a hammam. You can play table tennis, darts and mini-golf at this 5-star hotel, and the area is popular for cycling. We stayed for the New Years holidays and had a lovely time. I found the food to be of very good quality and the staff did an excellent job. My daughter had a wonderful time in the mini club and with the entertainment team. In fact it was so good that we will be going back. :) Special thanks to John, Zelda, Julia, Harry and the guys serving drinks on the rollerblades!
