Beautiful hotel in the city center, delicious breakfast and very friendly staff. Everything was excellent. We will definitely visit again.

Quintessentially Chicago with a landmark address just steps from historic Water Tower Park and the famed Michigan Avenue, is where you’ll find the reimagined Park Hyatt Chicago - a residential oasis... Wonderful location within walking distance to Everything. Staff so accommodating and my room had the requested lakeview view with huge windows out to the sunrise and over the Watertower Christmas lights. So amazing. Will return again

Just 2 blocks away from the famed shopping, dining and entertainment on the Magnificent Mile, this luxury Chicago Gold Coast hotel is housed in a 32-floor prism glass building featuring stunning views... Room was well-appointed, bed and pillows comfortable, complimentary water, clean, nice amenities, the hotel smells good. Location was perfect, walking distance to the best stores and restaurants. Staff polite and attentive. I cannot comment on the restaurant because we didn't try it.

Amazing 5 star service especially from the Front Office Manager (sorry forgot his name, wears glasses and was on duty on 08.08 morning). Huge thanks! Loved the bar too! We had issues with our German Credit Card and had to pay full stay in cash. But on our arrival day before, the team wasn't really sure how to proceed as they are only used to take Credit Cards.

Super luxury hotel - it is huge, modern and elegant 🥰 very friendly staff and so helpful, much appreciated ❤️ so convenient location as in the city center! Got its own restaurants - all nice with excellent food 🍲 also nice breakfast 🍳🥪 🥞 with lots of options and reasonable price - of course - excellent customer service ❤️ in addition, the room service is fantastic - got the morning tea with lovely succulent plant 🪴 which finally became a little present 🎁 for me when I left the hotel 🏨 many thxxx ❤️ highly recommended 😘 and I am sure u will love staying here too
