The staff were exceptional and went above and beyond to cater to requests. They were so polite and it was one of the best experiences that I have had from beginning to end. I stayed for a week in April this year. I cannot wait to revisit this hotel. It is clean, luxurious, spacious and what makes it special are the people who work there. I highly recommend this property to everyone.

Absolutely stunning hotel with lovely facilities. The hotel were kind enough to upgrade us when we arrived so we had a suite for the week. Beautiful room / bathroom with a breath taking view. BIG thank you to housekeeping, they came twice a day and couldn’t do enough for us!

Lovely personal touch offering water and baked cookies in the evening! We requested a baby bath for our 4 month old and the concierge sorted us out straight away - very baby friendly! We loved the bar lounge and staff so much, our favourite evening spot!

Each of the spacious and contemporary rooms at The Mercer has high ceilings and is equipped with a flat-screen TV and free Wi-Fi. The marble bathroom includes a walk-in shower with body sprays. Video game systems are available upon request. I was pleasantly surprised by the Mercer. The staff are definitely the highlight (shout out to Joshua) in how friendly and helpful they are. It’s nice that the lobby is just for guests. The room was spacious and they welcomed me with a cookie from Laduree! You can also book a small gym room to work out in, or go to the partner gym if you want something more elaborate. Location is excellent too.

The restaurant serves modern Italian cuisine that is inspired by the French and Italian Riviera. Enjoy drinks and small plates at Bar Fiori. The room, event not the most elegant, was very comfortable. The bathroom was quite big and well organized.

Every room at Mandarin Oriental, New York features floor-to-ceiling windows. Guests can enjoy the 55-inch flat-screen TV. A mini-bar is included and a chocolate and bottle of water are provided each day. I really like all the stuff - exceptionally nice and pleasant service.
