Built in 1925, the historic Eliot Hotel is located in Boston’s Back Bay neighborhood. It offers an on-site sashimi bar and elegantly decorated rooms with down comforters and marble bathrooms. The staff is super nice, warm and helpful and they updated my room which was great. I did not have meals there.

I am a very capricious customer. It’s really hard to make me happy. But finally, I found an exceptional hotel where I was completely satisfied and couldn’t find any negatives. First of all, in my comments I noted about my sleep issues and required the quiet room. For two nights I didn't hear a single noise. They made sure that we don't have neighbors and provided us away from the elevators. Secondly, we haven't seen any housekeeping neither in the floor nor in our room. But every single time we returned, it was cleaned, and they brought us some sweet treats, which made my 7-year-old boy very happy. Thirdly, the receptionist, the concierge, and the bell staff were extremely kind and helpful. The bell staff opened the door, helped with luggage, and asked if we needed any assistance each time. The very first moment, one of them politely asked if it was our first time and gave directions to the check-in floor. Also, the person who checked us in did his best, and we were able to check in early. He kindly offered to hold our bags while we took a quick walk to Totte across the road. I was happy and satisfied. I travel a lot and often.

This historic, newly renovated 5-star hotel in downtown Boston was originally the Federal Reserve Bank. It overlooks Norman B. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is clean and comfortable.

The Nantucket Hotel & Resort is located in downtown Nantucket, a 7-minute walk to beaches, ferries, restaurants boutique shops and art galleries. The building was beautiful. Not ultra luxurious but warm, cozy, comfortable, and clean. Very good location….close to ferry, residential neighborhoods, shops, restaurants.

Located alongside the Nantucket Harbor, this hotel consists of three unique buildings, the Harborside hotel & Garden Cottages, INN & Residences and our downtown Lofts. Breakfast was delicious and the service was great

Tento luxusní hotel v Nantucketu se může pochlubit soukromou pláží a vlastní restaurací. Můžete se také věnovat plachtění a rybaření. Centrum města Nantucket je 16 km daleko. Coffee and danish was very nice from 7:15-9 each morning. The Toppers Restaurant was very pleasant and meals were delicious. The restaurant and hotel staff were all so helpful and very pleasant. The Inn had lovely fresh flowers thruout.
