There was a lovely little balcony overlooking the lake;, the perfect place enjoy the view. The sunrise was beautiful. The first thing we did was walk along the lake. There are lots of birds to watch.

InterContinental Cleveland offers spacious rooms furnished with an iPod docking station and minibar. Each room is equipped for wired and Wi-Fi internet and has a work desk. The location (connection by Skywalk to Cleveland Hospital). The staffs. Hotel and restaurant staffs. All were the best and so much warmth, care, concern and love. The cleanliness, the overall ambience, the space, the air, light. Everything was perfect. We cannot think of any other hotel to recommend to our friends as well as our future trips. Special thanks for Ms. Samantha for her support during our stay. Not limited to her, but also everyone else as well, whom I do not remember their names. Big thanks to all.
