Located in downtown Seattle on the corner of First and Madison Street, this 4-star hotel features a full-service spa which offers a number of services such as massages, body treatments, manicures,... There was a mix-up with the room that we reserved, but the staff in the hotel did so much to help out, from getting us a better room, to making up our room twice in a day, to reimbursing us for parking. Couldn't have asked for better service. Lovely room, lovely views, excellent location.

The hotel was beautiful and very clean. Very luxurious rooms. The bed was very comfy. Staff were friendly and accommodating. A Whole Foods was located practically next door so that was convenient. Overall a lovely hotel.

The Tacoma Dome is less than 2 miles from the hotel. Guests can enjoy a restaurant on site and a spa and wellness centre. Rooms feature a flat-screen cable TV with pay options. Great view of Tacoma from the 25th floor. Unique decorations

Cute boutique hotel in the heart of downtown Seattle. The hotel has a great bar and the staff are friendly and helpful. Brian at reception especially was a hero, when he found out that this was a surprise birthday trip for my wife he went out of his way to make her feel special - thank you :-D
