Located in downtown Seattle on the corner of First and Madison Street, this 4-star hotel features a full-service spa which offers a number of services such as massages, body treatments, manicures,... There was a mix-up with the room that we reserved, but the staff in the hotel did so much to help out, from getting us a better room, to making up our room twice in a day, to reimbursing us for parking. Couldn't have asked for better service. Lovely room, lovely views, excellent location.

The hotel was beautiful and very clean. Very luxurious rooms. The bed was very comfy. Staff were friendly and accommodating. A Whole Foods was located practically next door so that was convenient. Overall a lovely hotel.

Located in the city centre of Seattle, The Alexis Royal Sonesta Hotel Seattle is 5 minutes' walk from the waterfront and the Seattle Ferry Terminal. Rooms offer a flat-screen cable TV. Hotel was excellent, everything about was wonderful. The room was a great size, staff were very helpful, it was modern and clean. We ate at the Bookstore Bar, which again was excellent and the staff very helpful.

We had a lovely spacious room on the 11th floor. The in room dining options are incredibly good! Proper restaurant quality brought to you, in your room. The bar in the lobby is very nice and lively in the evening.
