This was truly the best stay in a charming little Swiss village. The hostess is absolutely amazing and so warm-hearted. The views are breathtaking, and the whole atmosphere feels wonderfully authentic. Having a stable right in the house is such a unique and special experience — it made our stay unforgettable. I can’t say there was anything I didn’t like! The location was beautiful, parking easy, the spa amazing, my room and the view off the balcony was beautiful! Everything was very well thought out. I liked the refreshment stands on each floor, I thought it that was a really good touch! It wasn’t a massive hotel so getting around was super easy, the restaurants were lovely and the food, well, yum!! All the staff seemed very pleasant and friendly. Nothing was too much :) the spa area is phenomenal, so so relaxing! The outdoor pools and area are fabulous, if you enjoy nature then this is the place! I had a manicure whilst I was there and my therapist was lovely! Very friendly too. I don’t think I’ve felt that relaxed in a long time, thank you.

I'm a repeat customer because the last time I stayed, it was a nice quiet room at the back. I got upgraded this time and had a similarly delightful, quiet room with a view of the neighboring hills. The room was large, comfortable and had period decor without being stuffy. As with the last stay, the staff were very friendly and cheerful and my breakfasts and dinners were highly enjoyable.

Very friendly and welcoming staff. I arrived at 22:00 and left at 7:00 in the morning, so experienced little, but fair. Breakfast was nice too.
