The staff and owners went above and beyond our expectations. They were very helpful with all of our needs and questions. They met us at the top of the cable car late at night to pick us and our many bags up without even telling us - what a nice way to begin our stay. The breakfasts were great with a variety of options and I especially loved the self serve smoothie bar! Loved the hotel amenities including the fun pool and relaxing saunas. Special thanks to Suzanna and Carla for their exceptional hospitality and kind hearts. We hope to be back to this gem again soon!

The family who rented the apartment was more than friendly and helpful. All was like a new in the apartment and the view was stunning. Riederalp small town without cars is surrounded by Alps.
