The hotel is beautifully decorated, the food is very good and the staff is very helpful. The rooms are very comfortable, and the hotel is located right in the center of town with proximity to the seaside promenade, restaurants and a cruise to Magdalena Island.

Hotel staff were friendly and helpful when trying to book excursions. The room was clean spacious and comfortable. Breakfast had a good selection however the coffee machines were not working on both mornings but instant coffee was available. The hotel was well situated to explore the area.

Beautiful hotel in one of Punta Arenas historic palaces in the town centre. The room had recently been refurbished, was very comfortable and tastefully decorated. Staff was helpful. Food was good. Recommended
