Top quality hotel with eye for details and friendly staff. Very clean, modern design of the rooms and interior. A lot of small things that makes your stay a pleasure. They had vanity set, water complement and coffee machine in the room. 5 min walk from the downtown.

Comfortable, modern hotel, with very helpful staff, located in a great setting on a small lake with a large park beyond, only about a 10 minute walk through the park to the Danube riverside pathway. The outside part of the restaurant, next to the lake, is very pleasant for dinner and breakfast Very dog friendly: when I arrived, there was a bowl of fresh water in the room for the dog, as well as a food dish and a note to tell me that they could supply dog food if I’d forgotten to bring any.  Free parking about a minute walk from the entrance.

This 4-star hotel lies opposite the Rathaus (town hall) in the heart of Ulm, just around the corner from the Gothic cathedral and a 10-minute walk from the train station.

We unfortunately only had one night at this hotel, but we wished we had longer. The staff were very helpful, the rooms were extremely comfortable and clean. The bar area and terrace were delightful in the sunshine. The location was the best thing of all- right on the river and only a short walk to the bridge taking you into the Old Town. We paid an extra 12 euros to park the car, but still found the rooms great value for what we paid.

There was clean in the room except internals of the couch. Everyone of the personnel I talked to was of help. The hotel has sensible arriving hours. It was possible to park the car almost under the window. Overall, so far the best German hotel I stayed in.

The breakfast was amazing! Staff was exceptional. The man at the reception had a stressful night with a group but remained calm and was very helpful. The girl at the outside bar was also really nice and funny.

the receptions gave a me free upgrade everithing was super clean, the bathroom excellent. a bad note on the pillow was not my taste, too high and big and no other options, but is fine. the staff competent and friendly. the food was averagely good, size of the portions were perfect tendency on abundant, the price were a slight bit expensive but nothing to worry about. overall I was extremely happy with my short stay, it was perfect balance between price location and comfort.
