Check-in was smooth and the cute receptionist was very helpful to my partner and I. Queer-friendly staff is always a plus in our books. Our room was spacious and comfortable. The large bath was relaxing after a few days of hiking in the Alps. Breakfast was simple but hit the spot.

First, the staff are so kind, attentive , thoughtful and truly love their work. Special mention Ms. Malvina who helped us sort some concern with the spa ( outside of Okko) and gave us other valuable info about Lyon. We also love the relaxing ambiance in the common areas.
