Our stay at the hotel was amazing. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel was beautiful, clean and perfectly located. Every room was different but equally nice! They also have a good restaurant/bar downstairs, where we had pre-drinks before going out for dinner. I would definitely recommend staying here, I will definitely go back!

Everything was fine, amazing breakfast and very comfortable room. There was a small misunderstanding regarding the price of the nearby parking but got quickly resolved and we were offered an upgrade to the room book.

Extremely well located hotel with a rooftop restaurant offering a varied menu, a magnificent view of the old port and succulent dishes. Rooms with a sea view actually have a view so beautiful that photos can't do it justice. Staff very welcoming, attentive, nice and responsive at all times. Highly recommendable, the hotel is well equipped and lacks nothing, and the staff are just like all the Cretans we met: as friendly as possible.

Very modern and beautifully decorated rooms + pool/restaurant area. Delicious breakfast. Helpful staff. Easy to access by public transport. A bit further from oldtown/city center, but we weren't planning on exploring Heraklion, so it was a perfect choice for us.
