We had a fantastic family stay at Fern Tree. They arranged all our requests, being with small children is always really appreciated. We were lucky to get, by surprise, a New Year Eve party and buffet dinner which was so well organised and had so much fun being with other local guests. Hotel facilities were great, clean and well maintained. Plus swimming pool was fantastic. Akhil and all staff members have been very helpful and attentive, and genuinely nice people. And they even arranged a courier for some stuff we forgot, which was highly appreciated. We hope to see you back sometime. Absolutely recommend the hotel!

Fabulous location in the mountains of Wyanad.. peaceful and beautiful. Rooms very comfortable and nicely designed. There's a comfortable sofa bed in each room for children/ extra guest. Plentiful hot water. Nice balcony and chairs to sit out on. Fridge in room and kettle etc. Lovely infinity pool with natural water and three sun beds... only one had one cushion but maybe they were available on request. Games room with Karom board, magnetic darts and chess. Access to the rocks by a river pool in the daytime. Staff very friendly and food excellent. Had to pay by instant Wise bank transfer as Wise card and credit cards didn't work in their card machine, they didn't know why. So if you're not from India, take cash or be ready to transfer with Wise or similar instant transfer. Night safari available to see elephants which there are around Thirunelly. Family thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

We had a wonderful stay with family at this hotel. The ambience was peaceful, with a beautiful view that made our stay truly relaxing. The breakfast and dinner served from the restaurant were delicious and offered great variety. The staff provided excellent support and treated us with genuine hospitality. The swimming pool was clean and well-maintained, adding to the overall enjoyment. It was a great stay at Oshin hotel,Wayanad. The staff team is very helpful and supportive. Mr. Vivek, Mr. Libaas, Mr abhinandan, at the reception were a great help. Their code of conduct was superb. A lot to learn from their behaviour and smile. Mr. Vyshak from the room service was prompt in response and made service look very smooth with great comfort. Mr. Amal from the restaurant was a great help as he could arrange the strong masala tea and eggless muffins bas per our request very quickly. Overall a nice experience and one must opt for this hotel once in Wayanad.
