Me and my family have had a great time in the hotel. Rooms were clean beds were perfect and there was alot of extra pillows and a bunch other extra stuff. Staffs were super nice and the parking was underground and also free. Wish we could stay there longer. There was alot of space to walk around in the room and the floor was super clean. Breakfast was great too and it was also pretty fresh. Overall 10/10, would recommend.

Exceptional stay, very kind staff, breakfast plentiful and fresh, restaurant serves amazing food for a fair price, nice pool area. Apartment we stayed in well equiped, with mini kitchen, AC, terrace with amazing Tuscany view, very quiet and relaxing.

We were given a room with a beautiful sea view, the hotel is up on a cliff and the view is breathtaking. The staff is extremely helpful, friendly and welcoming.

Everything . The hotel is really nice and comfortable mattress, the staff very polite, friendly and helpful. We arrived a bit too early and asked for us to check in before 15PM and lucky they have the room straight right way available for us, we feel so happy. The front desk staff that did my check in was very kind and helpful. We have two tiny dogs, which they welcome both with warm smile and this makes me feel home. I love the fact they have a gym and also SPA and salon for nails and a big parking space, amazing Swimpool anda stunning beautiful garden and surrounded by beautiful green. Which I feel happy to stayed and know there have everything we need. We extended the 2 nights to 4 nights which the third I book directly with them because my room was very comfortable and big , which I feel so happy to stayed extra one night before our departure to Rome. I will definitely recommend this hotel as a hotelier as well myself, I appreciated good services and true reviews

We loved the charm of this grand old hotel, beautifully decorated and the perfect location right inside the old city walls. The staff were excellent, friendly and full of good recommendations. Parking is very close by and convenient (you can stop right outside the hotel for half an hour to offload your bags, just make sure to tell the reception so they can take a photo and make the necessary arrangements). The deluxe room was very clean and spacious, breakfast was delicious. Some people mention that the carpets etc are a little dated, but to be honest this is probably why the value for money is so good, so for us it was perfect. 10/10
