Amazing stay at La Vista. We loved everything!! It was perfect! Beautiful room and view. Delicious dinner and the personal, it's just wonderful. I wish we had stayed longer. We will come back for sure.

Maybe the best hotel experience I've had. The amazing view from the room window, the service, the design of the hotel, the food (It's actually dinner served in the lounge), and of course the wonderful onsen. The price was relatively reasonable.

Wonderful boutique hotel. Warm and helpful staff, quirky funny barman with lovely cocktails, but the view is the star here. We loved the Japanese room with the futon and majestic view of Fuji. And the public Onsen was really good!

Honestly one of our best hotels throughout our whole trip in Japan, it was so classic and a true Japanese experience. The room was traditional with a beautiful view over the lake and our own outdoor bath which was pure luxury. The food was an experience on its own!! Having a full Japanese Ryotei every evening was just incredible, and the hotel has amazing views of Mt Fuji. Highly recommend!

Our stay at this newly opened, family-owned hotel near Mount Fuji was simply extraordinary. The service was beyond outstanding — warm, personalized, and truly from the heart. The entire hotel feels brand new, blending luxury with a profound sense of serenity. The food was another highlight: the chef is among the best in Mount Fuji, offering a dining experience far beyond five-star standards. Every meal, especially the traditional Japanese breakfast, was unforgettable. What truly sets this hotel apart is the genuine care and attention to every guest. It’s a rare gem where luxury, warmth, and authenticity come together perfectly. We are already looking forward to returning to this incredible sanctuary.
