Room was way more than I was expecting, stayed for one night, wish I could've stayed another! Room size was big for Japanese standards with a great view of the city and mountains. There were plenty of amenities (The coffee/tea machine was fun to use!), lots of nice relaxing bathroom treats too, thank you! Shower was great and the bed was really comfortable. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of options. The cinnamon rolls and fresh apples were delicious! Would definitely stay again! Thank you!! ありがとうございます!

The service and the location of the hotel. The staff were very professional in answering my questions. They were very accommodating to pack breakfast for us to bring on the go when we had to catch an early train out of Nagano.

Train station was within walking distance. The size of the flat was decent for two people. The kitchenette had sufficient counter space for food preparation and cooking. The flat was homey and had all necessary amenities that made our stay comfortable. It would be more than perfect if there was an elevator in the building.

The outside onsen was very nice in the morning and evening and complemented the downstairs onsen. It's a real onsen. The staff and owner excel at hospitality and going the extra mile to help you provide advice and give the traditional welcome, which is often missing from the more modern mass market onsens. We were served food in a private room, and the dinner and breakfast were exceptional.

Beautiful location, care taken to ensure the privacy and comfort of guests, delicious and creative menu, relaxing and therapeutic onsen, natural scenery from every window, really nice staff. Unexpected experiences in the vicinity, including a big waterfall that you can walk behind, a colourful nature trail close to Fujiiso, the lovely town of Obuse.

We had such a wonderful time at Lime Resort! The room was incredible - modern Japanese / Western style, large, clean and quiet. We were a little worried at first as there was no shower in our room but the Onsen turned out to be fabulous. They also had separate shower rooms which were very clean and comfortable to use, and never busy (even during peak times). Food was fantastic! Beautiful buffet style breakfast and dinner served every day. Good quality ingredients and a nice selection (slightly light on "Western" options but this all depends on preference). We certainly didn't go hungry. Shuttle service was regular and always on schedule. They were able to accommodate our change of arrival time and allowed us an early check in at late notice. Overall I cannot fault Lime Resort and would gladly stay here again!
