The staff were friendly and helpful and made us feel at home right away. I had forgotten to put in my booking that we had our 1 year old daughter with us and the staff were not fazed at all. We arrived very late but they had thought ahead to ask the driver who collected us from Mombasa to take our order for dinner so there was food for us when we arrived even though the kitchen had closed. The hotel is really beautiful and has an amazing view of the sea. The way the sunbeds and pool is laid out it feels like you are on the beach without actually being on the beach. If you wish to get in the sea it is just down some steps. The staff helped us with all encounters with the hawkers on the beach. It is definitely the most beautiful of the resorts in the area that we saw online and in real life when we explored the area. It looks exactly like the pictures which I have found is not always the case with hotels on booking.com. The food was really good and was much better than what we had been eating on safari and in Nairobi. The highlights were the prawns and tuna. We would have enjoyed a little more variety and African influenced food on the menu but there were daily specials which hit the spot. The staff did seem a little hurt when we had dinner out one night (there's a really good Korean restaurant just at the end of the driveway to the hotel). As the hotel is so small it is understandable that they would want you to eat/spend money with them rather than elsewhere.

This place made our four-day family holiday in Diani memorable. The pictures and description on booking.com don't do justice to Seaclusion. We came expecting a sort of serviced apartment in a small private condo with limited privacy. What we found is closer a welcoming family B&B in a giant Hollywood villa. We had booked the suite on the top floor. Expected your usual two-room deal, found a place twice the size of our house. It's so large that it took me two minutes to shoot a souvenir video of it and even though we stayed four days I haven't been able to sit on all the armchairs and sofas or even get close to the jacuzzi. I'm sure there are still more rooms or areas that I haven't found. Bathroom is huge and beautiful, and supplied with high quality shampoo and body wash (not the usual dodgy goo found in hotels). The ground level is a large, beautifully furnished living room, serving as reception, common area, lounge and restaurant, facing two large pools (a small one for children and a larger one). The atmosphere there was incredibly friendly and relaxing and I wouldn't have minded just spending my days there had I stayed for longer. All the staff and management are some of the friendliest and most helpful I've met, going the extra mile to make sure we have a great holiday, giving us great tips, contacts and recommendations.

THE HOTEL WAS EXCELLENT The main restaurant was the best,big man from malinid (AISHA JUMA BROTHER)i was very helpful, and all the staff 😀 Specially our hostess EDNA was very resourceful and helping. The reception ladies were friendly, and they helped us. Security men top notch 👌 Pool man is very helpful. The music entertainment is very loud but entertaining ,though 🤔 The entertainment team, especially the MC lady, fulfiled my request to put SOMALI MUSIC 🎶 THAT LADY MAKE ENTERTAINMENT ANOTHER LEVEL. MY WIFE AND I WE HAD SPECIAL ROMANTIC DINNER ON THE BEACH AND MR JOSEPH FROM KAMPA LAND WAS HELPFUL. ALL I CAN SAY IS SOUTHERN PALM BEACH RESORT ⛱️ IS LOVELY 😍 AND MY NEXT TRIP i.a will spend sometime 😀 THANK YOU EVERRY ONE, THE CLEANING TEAM,the security,supervisors,all the staff 😀 Thank you for your hospitality. Everything is beautiful! Garden is so green, a lot of palms on the beach. The staff are very polite. The manager Pamela was so helpful in many things, she helped us to rent a motor bike with locals, and had organize a cake for our anniversary as a surprise.
