This is a great hotel, not only they boast great infrastructure, but also the staff is very professional, helpful and they surely go the extra mile to make sure guests have a great stay. We had a minor problem with the AC unit, and the team was really fast in having it fixed. many thanks to everyone, specially Loredana who is one of the finest guest relations professional I ever met.
