Apartment was spacious, comfortable and welcoming. Luc (the host/owner) was very helpful and was also proactive in reaching out to us and letting us know about the neighbourhood. He told me about the resident bears in Field and sure enough I saw them the next day!

The property features guided hiking tours and canoe rentals. Free WiFi is available in the main lodge and most rooms. Beautiful location and cabins. Very cozy with the fires and great food in the restaurant. The staff was very friendly and welcoming.

Great location. Friendly staff. Nice breakfast. Room is modern and clean. Furniture and equipment are still new. It is very convenient to park directly outside the front door. Close to the Lake Louise Ski Resort for Lake Louise Park and Ride; just a 15-min drive. Supermarket and restaurants are in working distance.

Location is what you pay for and it was great. Log cabin ambience was nice and mostly modern with new kitchen and bathroom. The setting was excellent with cabins nestled amongst trees giving a real forest feel

I mean, its an amazing hotel in the most stunning of locations. Like a fairytale. So huge I was constantly getting lost. The staff were all fabulous. Get a lake view room, or whats the point!? Breakfast was of very good quality, as you would expect. Love the late check out time of 12 oclock, and the fact I could stay there for a few more hours after that to enjoy it.
