Extremely welcoming, I would say it was best welcoming in the world when we arrived. The restaurant was already closed but we were treated with delicious improv dinner in the room. Nice lake view and easy way to have a nice walk up to the mountains as the hotel is situated up the hill almost above the town. All the hotel rooms & public places really elegant, lake & mountain range view from my room was just outstanding. Also enjoyed to follow with eyes a train climbing a hill. Everything is so picturesque here. Definitely would like to come back
