Everything, truly magical property. The staff was very attentive and the service level very high. The small canines were beautiful on highest standard with private whirlpool. The kindness of the staff really stood out. Kevin gave the most amazing night tour to reach us about local animals.

The rooms are spacious and you wake up to the sounds of birds. The pool and the jacuzzi were great. Randall (at the reception) & Josue (our server) were amazing! Mary (took us for a night walk around the property) and Ray were great! They also gifted us a souvenir when we were checking out :)

Absolutely loved this resort, it was so tranquil and stunning and we had the best view of the volcano from our room. Close to town and the volcano, as well as the La Fortuna waterfall. We loved everything about this place !

And even when it rains, enjoying the river slide, the hot pools and the bars and restaurants immersed make it worthwhile

The room was super clean and the beds were very comfortable, I loved that the hotel is at a walking distance from La Fortuna waterfalls and a five minutes drive from the downtown where you can have access to restaurants, cafes and the hot springs. All the staff were very friendly and helpful, Esteban was very helpful and shared with me some beautiful location that I can visit. I highly recommend this place and will definitely be staying at Chato Arenal on my next visit to Costa Rica.
