We were offered a flavourful welcome drink, our room was decorated, and they also left us complimentary champagne and chocolates for our anniversary! The property itself is beautiful!!! The rooms are spacious and you wake up to the sounds of birds. The pool and the jacuzzi were great. Randall (at the reception) & Josue (our server) were amazing! Mary (took us for a night walk around the property) and Ray were great! They also gifted us a souvenir when we were checking out :)

The suite, including private deck with jetted tub set in an amazing jungle garden, was better than advertised, as was the general pools area. The location was a perfect and tranquil spot to start our daily adventures from. Good breakfasts.

The room was super clean and the beds were very comfortable, I loved that the hotel is at a walking distance from La Fortuna waterfalls and a five minutes drive from the downtown where you can have access to restaurants, cafes and the hot springs. All the staff were very friendly and helpful, Esteban was very helpful and shared with me some beautiful location that I can visit. I highly recommend this place and will definitely be staying at Chato Arenal on my next visit to Costa Rica.
