The location is very good and is near to every place in the city and the view from the balcony of the boat is amazinggg You can find many facilities at the place ( transportation from the boat to the shore is provided also ) The owner ( Mohamed Rafiq bhai ) and the staff are very friendly , respectful and helpful Really enjoyed my stay and definitely i will come again next time i visit kashmir ♥️ Highly recommended

The view from the room on the upper deck is very good. There's a balcony with chairs and a Jacuzzi/bathtub with lake view too. The room itself is big and nicely decorated in kashmiri style. There are glass windows all around for a nice lake view from the bed itself. Good privacy as there's just one room on the upper deck. We only did breakfast which was ok nothing special. We had our meals on the boulevard for which Shikara boat pick-up and drop was provided.

The rooms were spacious, cozy, and immaculately maintained, offering a perfect balance of comfort and elegance. The amenities truly a five-star standard. Prompt and efficient room service ensured that all our needs were met. The availability of 24×7 hot water, along with a customizable air-conditioning system, made our stay comfortable, especially after long days of sightseeing. The hotel’s restaurant, “The Chinar.” The food quality was excellent, with rich flavors and authentic taste. It is an ideal place for anyone looking to experience traditional Kashmiri cuisine, including the famous Wazwan, along with a variety of other delicious dishes. Overall, Arco Hotel and Resort offers excellent value for money and is truly worth every penny spent.
