They were very kind at the checkout as I thought the booking was already prepaid, which was not the case. They handled it perfectly, without making me feel uncomfortable! Grazie for that! The rooms are super clean and comfortable, the staff is very kind and welcoming and the breakfast is amazing and features even gluten free delicious food. The spa facilities are exquisite, both outside and inside. The hotel features a big pool, outdoor jacuzzis with amazing views overlooking the mountains, sauna, steam bath, cold plunge, massages and many more. Honestly one of the best hotels I have stayed in the area and super value for money. I would normally pay double the price in other hotels offer the same facilities in the area. Definitely coming back!
