Rooms are soundproofed and come with an advanced air ventilation system. You will also have a TV, minibar and en suite bathroom with hairdryer. There is nothing about this hotel that is not a 10. The team at the front check in desk were professional, knowledgeable, friendly, quick and understanding. It felt like they were always a step ahead of our requests. There is a very nice foyer/bar with good nibbles, but actually good food. We had a really long travel day, got in really late, headed down for an Aperol Spritz and had a pleasantly good dinner, ordered from a table in the bar. The bar tender, Massimo, takes very good care of his bar patrons. He's pleasant, fun and generous. I can not say enough about our room. We had a room on the 4th floor with 2 terraces and a hot tub. The room was huge, the terraces had opposing views, the room was spotless, we simply can not say enough about this hotel. It is very conveniently located to the vaporetto stop that can get you anywhere. We walked from the hotel to St. Mark's, which was long, but it's so interesting and fun with so many selfie stops, you barely notice the time. This hotel is actually within walking distance of the airport, it took maybe 15 minutes, but if you have heavy luggage, take the vaporetto, as there are a couple of bridges. The morning breakfast served here (if you include it in your reservation) is wonderful, a huge variety, a bottle of prosecco every morning, just because they can. Plenty of hot options as well as meats/fruit/pastries. I can only give this a 10, but know, it's like a 100. You will not be disappointed. A huge shout out to the owners/management of this hotel. Spot on services and amenities.
