The amazing view from the room window, the service, the design of the hotel, the food (It's actually dinner served in the lounge), and of course the wonderful onsen. By far the best, location is amazing, rooms overlooking Fuji are amazing, extremely spacious rooms. The dinner and breakfast services were outstanding, we got the French menu for dinner and it was a luxury meal by all means. Staff are super friendly and welcoming

I booked this hotel for my brother's birthday and the staff made this honestly a stay to remember. We used the bikes and went on a bike ride and we had an onsen in our room which was great as my brother has tattoos. The view from our room was beautiful! On the night of our meal our waitress asked to take a picture of us which she then had printed and framed and put on our table for breakfast which was such a lovely memorable touch!

The king bed room was soooo spacious and the bath was absolutely amazing. Breakfast was awesome and came in a cute lil picnic basket. I wish we could have stayed longer. I would definitely recommend staying here!
