About a 5 minute walk from the beach. Restaurants and shops across the road from your appointment. Nothing was too much hassle for the owners which was always onsite when needed. It’s the perfect sized pool. The cabin we had was perfect for 2 people. The Breakfast is also amazing. So many delicious options to choose from, all made fresh.

The value for money is unmatched - they have a small pool/gym area, spacious clean apartments and a BEAUTIFUL dining area and rooftop with panoramic ocean views. It’s within walking distance to all the action however far away enough so that it’s still peaceful and quiet. It’s a family run business and they cannot do enough for you - so friendly & accommodating. We missed breakfast one day and they made it for us anyway. Nothing was a problem. The restaurant is so adorable and food delicious & generous. I would 100% stay here again.

Hotel RESIDENCE is located in Ulcinj, about 2 km from city center, in a very quiet part of town. The property features a spacious rooftop sun terrace and bar with unique views of the sea. A sandy beach can be reached in just 600 metres. Residence Apartments was a great hotel with a beautiful esthetic, a wonderful staff, and beautiful rooms. The rooftop is gorgeous and it was nice that jacuzzi's and a gym were available for use. The location was also great considering it is right in between Velika Plaza for the day and Mala Plaza for the night activities.
