Olbil is a beautiful oasis in Valladolid. Lovely room, very quiet, and stylish and delicious restaurant; the best Mezcalita of the trip so far. We had dinner and excellent breakfast there. Very helpful staff everywhere. Secure car parking. Very quiet, they are strict about no noise after a certain time so we slept very well. We spent two nights there which felt like enough time to see Chichén Itzá and visit some cenotes.

I can honestly say I LOVED pretty much everything about this place! From the spirit and atmosphere of the house, the decoration details, the comfort of the rooms and beautiful bathroom, the pleasant patio where it's so easy to relax, to breakfast and attitude of the hosts and staff! It was pure joy entering the house every time I would go back from a walk in the city. I would say it looks and feels better in person than in the pictures. I would book this place without hesitation if I am to go back to Merida again in the future! The location is also pretty good although not right in the middle of the most central historical parts. You walk about 7-8 min to the top center, which is no big deal at all. Also, the way I see it, it is situated on the better side of the center, easily walkable to different parts of it, and certainly quite close to some very good restaurants.

Located in the magical town of Valladolid, Yucatan, the Real Haciendas hotel is locateds, a picturesque, cozy hotel with a charming touch. Amazing place! It's about a 15 min walk to the bus station and just near the Zaci cenote. It's very clean and quiet. And the staff was so great that allowed us to use our pool towels for travel to cenotes after we checked out from the hotel.
