The room was very clean, and the owner was extremely friendly. Located in a quiet, upscale residential area, it offers all the amenities of a large hotel, including a gym and swimming pool. While the breakfast options weren't as extensive as those in a large hotel, they were of high quality. It's very close to the convention center, only a 5-minute walk away (much closer than the 15-minute walk shown on Google Maps). I highly recommend it for anyone attending events at the convention center.
