I want to give my best compliment to Magdeline at the check-in desk. There were some problems that she solved immediately and in the best possible way. I can tell for sure that only she would have acted as she did. Her professionalism and kindness should be taken as an example by her colleagues. I sincerely consider that Magdeline should be elected as the Elite Stadshotelket Vasteras employee of the year.

All rooms at Hotel Etage have wooden floors and a work desk. I was in this hotel before, everything is great. The best thing is the fact that you have breakfast, Swedish fika, and dinner included. Staff is helpful and kind. There are other facilities (gym, meeting room) but we did not use them. I would definitively stay here again.
