Very spacious, clean room and big balcony. Modern TV with all features to watch what you want. Very friendly staff. Two swimming pools with bar. Kind of valet parking, you had to leave your car keys at the reception.

I would like to say a couple of warm words about this hotel. I was living there 13 nights with my family and it was awesome. It was beyond my expectations. The rating on booking corresponds to reality. First of of all, the hotel itself I very comfy, affordable and amazing by all means. We had a spacious room for four and it was more than enough to live without any complaints. The beds are cozy. The restroom is big. And moreover wat we liked the most is that each room has its own terrace where you can peacefully rest after a long day outdoor journey. During the whole period of our vacation, we had no noisy neighbours. What is actually good because we had a 3 years old child with us. So basically this hotel can be considered a family one. As for the staff, they are very helpful, polite and conscious. We are going to miss them for sure. Good girls and maids who did cleaning of our room every other day. The swimming pool is also a good feature of the hotel. When you are lazy to go somewhere, you can cool yourself there. Additionally, there are several restaurants with pleasant prices and food nearby. You will definitely find your favorite one and won't starve for sure. All in all - everything is amazing despite the long distance from the beach. But we knew this moment and weren't against it. If I had a chance to visit this place, I would do it whatever it takes. Thanks for hospitality and care about us. Hopefully, we will meet once again in the future. Cheers.

We felt super comfortable during our stay and absolutely loved the apartment 😊 It really felt like living there, not just staying in a hotel. Everything was available, so it’s also perfect for longer stays. The apartment was beautifully furnished, very cozy, with a great view and a quiet atmosphere. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, we felt truly well taken care of from start to finish. The apartment was spotlessly clean at all times ✨ The location was great too – calm and relaxing, with restaurants within walking distance and everything else easy to reach by scooter. The bed and pillows were very comfortable, which we really appreciated 😊 Thank you for a wonderful stay – we will definitely come back and can highly recommend this place 💛

La struttura era ancora più bella che nelle immagini. L'hotel è veramente ben curato e sembra una piccola oasi, vicino a tutto ma senza nemmeno un rumore dalla strada o dalle altre strutture. La colazione era molto buona, varietà di cibi internazionali e di qualità, con una vasta scelta.

Staff is incredibly nice and smiling! Thank you for everything!! Hotel is very clean and well organized. Rooms are spacious. I could see that little issue from the previous reviews were fixed (like hangers in the rooms). Pool is super nice and what is important open 24/7 so you can use it even in the late evening or night :) please keep it like this! Rawai restaurants are in walking distance, you can also use a free bicycle if you don’t like to walk. Beautiful Ya Nui Beach is just 2 minut by foot. Location is amazing, in my opinion the best on the whole island. We enjoyed our stay very very much! Breakfast was very nice. Next time in Phuket we will definitely stay here. See you!!
