The living room area was really spacious, the sofa was very comfortable, the bed was also super comfy and it was really handy to have a dishwasher, good-sized fridge freezer and washing machine. The lino in the main living area meant it felt very fresh and clean and also meant it was easy to maintain during our stay.

Just back from a wonderful stay over the weekend, in this beautiful static home. The host was so helpful from start to finish, the place was spotlessly clean and in a fab location! We didn't have chance to visit the restaurant there, but it looked to be very lively in the evening which was nice. The kids loved the play area, and we took a late stroll to the beach for an evening breath of fresh air, which is literally a 5 min walk away at the bottom of the site. A great mini escape into nature, we will most definitely be visiting again soon.

Staying at Seton Sands from Ryan was a seamless and thoroughly enjoyable experience. The check-in process was incredibly easy—no hassle, no waiting, just straight to relaxation. The caravan itself was immaculately clean and well-maintained, reflecting clear attention to detail. Seton Sands is in a fantastic location, offering both peaceful surroundings and easy access to the beach and local attractions. The facilities were top-notch—from fully equipped kitchen and cozy interiors to thoughtful extras that made the stay feel like a home away from home. The on-site amenities added convenience and enjoyment, perfect for both families and couples. Would definitely recommend this stay and hope to return soon!

The place was immaculate in a quieter part of the park. Comfortable beds. There were 6 of us so was worried we’d be a bit cramped but we weren’t at all. Never been here before as normally go to the west coast but this area is lovely. Good base for lots of attractions.

Everything. Was a perfect location and everything that you could need. Clean and comfortable and everything you could need and to keep the children entertained. Travelled with children aged 10 and 12 who loved it. Very close to the beach and safe for the children. Friendly and helpful hosts
