Glamping Sites in Bukit Lawang

Josef is an amazing host, sharing his knowledge about jungle conservation, palm tree impact, local and touristes co-living. The Landak River is at the back of the garden so you can chill and swim there. The house is a bit far from Bukit Lawang but Josef came to pick me up / drop me off at the bus station by scooter. You can also eat all your meals there (special mention for the most beautiful fruit plate at 25k only). I did one day trek with Josef and learn so many things, it was a real adventure as we wandered out of tracks, even more than another 4 day trek I did in Bukit Lawang.

Friendly family. Delicious food and so much fruit. Great location, garden is very well kept. Owner set up a guided tour for us to see orangutans in the nearby forest which we really enjoyed.
