Our stay at the Yala Wild Hut was amazing! The place was quite easy to find, although it was a few hundred meters off the paved road. Our tent was spacious, comfortable and clean, exactly like it was pictured on Booking.com. The dinner and breakfast were delicious, plus the free coffee/tea was also very nice. We also booked a Yala morning safari through Yala Wild Hut, which we can definitely recommend.

The staff are so friendly and helpful. They were on hand to provide suggestions on local tours without being pushy. They also went out of their way to make us egg hoppers one day which we were really grateful for. The villa is new and really well furnished with super comfy beds and pillows.

Yala Lake View Cabanas is situated near the Yodha Lake. Located in Tissamaharama, it's takes a 15 minute drive to Yala National Park and 20 minutes drive to Kataragama and Kirinda Beach.

It was an excellent experience . It gave a feeling of staying in the middle of jungle under the tent with sounds of peacock. The hospitality from the staff was too good. The food we ordered was excellent and the breakfast they have packed for the safari was too good.

Everything is perfect at Tribe Yala. It is an incredible and unique glamping experience. The “tents” (it is more of a 5 star hotel suite) are clean, spacious, fully equipped (private wifi and AC) and comfortable. We also had a private jacuzzi. Besides, the food is exceptional (one of the best we have had in Sri Lanka). We did the one day safari and it was certainly one of our favorite days of our entire trip. You get to see many animals while being accompanied by a wildlife specialist (ours was Kusar and he is very knowledgeable and friendly). Staff from the hotel met us inside the national park to bring us a delicious Sri Lankan lunch. Finally, the staff of the hotel is amazing. Thank you Rua and Latchan for your friendliness and professionalism. We will come back for sure!

Great authentic jungle experience, the candlelit bbq dinner was a highlight. They catered very well for me as a vegetarian, providing an amazing platter of freshly grilled veggies. Lasan and his team were excellent hosts and made sure we felt comfortable. They also arranged a great safari for us.
