We had a beautiful stay here before and after our safari. The staff are wonderful, welcoming and go above and beyond. The dinner and breakfast was awesome. The location is perfect if you are coming from or going to Mount Kilimanjaro airport. We arrived late at night and had an early morning flight departure and so glad we stayed here to avoid the traffic in Arusha centre and didn’t have to commute as far. Highly recommend

Loved loved loved our stay at Mambo. Highly recommend it if you want an affordable stay while in Arusha. It's a little out of central Arusha but there are plenty of activities on offer through the hostel. Definitely do the coffee plantation tour if you can. The breakfast and dinner meals here were the best local food we had in Tanzania. So delicious!

The hostel was very clean and had all useful facilities. Swahiba, the host, was amazing. not only did he arrange the pick up and drop off of the airport, he also took care of all the activities I wanted to do and really makes sure you feel comfortable during your stay. it was truly an amazing experience as a first solo trip.
