The tent has a private bathroom, air conditioning, a private entrance, as well as a seating area with a flat-screen TV. Basic room that met our needs as we traveled about the Melbourne area. Quiet this time of year and you get to park right in front of your room. Microwave, fridge and coffee set was a plus.
