Situated on the beachfront in Nuquí, Popochos Beach Eco Lodge has a garden and free WiFi. The campground features family rooms. Our room was directly at the beach with an amazing view. The host Hugo and his family were so nice and always available if we needed anything. The bed even had a mosquito net which was great for sleeping so we didn’t need to worry about any mosquitos. The food was delicious. I can only recommend staying at Popochos Beach.

With garden views, El Retoño del Negro Gozón is set in Nuquí and has a restaurant, a shared kitchen, bar, garden and terrace. The host were so incredibly friendly and nice. They greeted me with a coconut with a flower in it when I arrived and prepared coconuts for me often when I came back from a day. The room was right in front of the beach so I could go to sleep listening to the waves crash and watch the sunset from the hammock on my front porch. I was there during the low tourist season so it was very peaceful and quiet and this place is located between the two towns (about a 15 min walk to each town) so it was maybe the most peaceful place I’ve ever been. They also keep the grounds very clean, are very helpful with any questions, and Pengo is an excellent chef!

At the hostel each room comes with a wardrobe and some of them come with a private bathroom. We loved our staying at Treegana. Arnaud and Alejandra are really nice,always present, help us with informations for the excursions and the surroundings..The food is the best in Trigana and the week we stayed there it was always different plates. Our favorite accommodation was the cabana in the trees and we loved to relax at the pool after a walk in the jungle. In the morning you can see a lot of birds and monkeys in the trees , it is beautiful, peaceful. It is not far from the beach, like 15-20 minutes and is easy to walk. We fully recommend this place and we hope we will be able to come back !
