We are very happy with the stay at this place. It’s conveniently located on the archipelago ring trail. The place was converted from a school house and the owner still keeps most of its original taste while upgrading with the modern amenities. Unlike many other accommodations we had on the trail, all beds are already made for us when we arrived! And there are even free snacks and oatmeal packs. All amenities provided are high quality ones. We also had our first private traditional sauna which is included in the stay. The owner is also very friendly and helpful while not intruding. They also have a friendly dog, our kids had fun playing with the dog.

Best fish I ever ate in my life, truly honest location and scenery. Breakfast: one of the most authentic you can get. If nature is your thing, if you want a true honest experience, than look no further. If you want a cozy, industrial and luxurious room, steer away. Sauna is outside, near the river (as it should be), showers are common for all facilities (as they are in most camps). But if you want something authentic, this is it.

Dotato di terrazza e vista sul lago, AuroraHut Aurantola è un alloggio situato a Kouvola, a 39 km da Parco divertimenti Tykkimäki e 40 km da Stazione Ferroviaria di Kouvola. Very unusual and great fun. Sunrise and sunsets were beautiful. So lovely to be in nature but close to facilities if you wanted them. The breakfast was fab and nothing was too much trouble.
